Outstanding Service
We brought our car in due to a service campaign to replace the fuel tank band on our Tucson. Apparently, the band had to be ordered specific to the VIN of the vehicle which was not stated in the notification from Hyundai. They ordered the part for us and rescheduled us promptly. Come service day they were very professional and courteous and got us in and out pretty quick. Our advisor, Eric Roberts, was awesome! He was very personable!

Awesome service as Always
This is not the closest Hyundai Authorized dealer to where I live, in fact there are 2 other dealers that are at least half the distance away, however I've not yet made the effort to change dealers for my service appointments just because of the hi level of customer service I get at Lee Johnson Hyundai of Everett.

You guys are doing a fantastic job !!! KUDOS to your team

Seriously?
Took my car to the dealership for a check engine light (P2099) due to no turbo spool up and zero acceleration that is intermittent and most likely a sensor issue as it is an easily searchable issue via the web. Tech then proceeds to tell my wife it is because of the aftermarket CAI with zero testing and zero proof that it is in fact the cause of the problem (he did not follow the consumer products warranty act of 1975.) He then followed this up by stating my car doesn't have an intercooler so it couldn't possibly be a intercooler issue..........uh what? Of course my car had an intercooler! Good job Hyundai of Everett, you got a brilliant tech over there.

Excellent Customer Care Experience
Upon arrival, I was immediately met by our Favorite Service Writer, James! James, is Always extremely Kind and Corteous and always brings a smile to your face, with his Outstanding Positive Attitude and makes you feel Welcomed and right at home! Checking in the vehicle with James is Always a Pleasure and he goes over each thing that your vehicle is in for and reminds you of any upcoming service to be prepared in advance for! He is Very Sincere and also makes my elderly mom feel very welcomed and right at home as well. I could go on amd on about James and his Amazing Attitude and Always Corteous treatment to Everyone he encounters...but, that would take so long, I would literally need to write a Novel. Thank You, James! You are Very Appreciated!!!
