After speaking to Manager and understanding the struggles we are experiencing around the globe with labor shortages, etc. It is taking longer for appointments. That makes it hard on all of us as customers expecting quick turn around on warranty repairs.

Warranty Repair
Three weeks to get appointment for warranty repair and no loaner offered is unacceptable. Once I got to the shop everything went perfect as usual. The service people here are world class and I do not trust taking my car anywhere else.
