A Hyundai customer for life!
In addition to loving Hyundai cars in general, the Hyundai service department at Lee Johnson is *AMAZING*. I came in last week to get a headlight fixed and to address a tire pressure warning, and didn't have to make an appointment or anything. Everything was done super quickly, and James Woll was great to deal with.

But the thing that really moved me was on my way home from the service, I came home to learn that the passenger rear tire was hissing! I immediately went straight into panic -- because cars scare the daylights out of me sometimes -- and called the service department. Even though it was after 4:30pm, they urged me to come back to fix the tire. I got there as a nervous wreck and Travis was completely patient and kind in explaining what they were going to do. They patched the tire and Marshall Burke even stayed after 5pm to return the vehicle to me and explain about the future of the patch/tire, plus answer my questions. And they did all of this for free. Had it not been for Travis, Marshall and their service staff, I wouldn't have been able to go on vacation the next day -- so they saved my week and sanity to say the least :)

I will always recommend this location to friends and family and will continue to go there myself for as long as I need a vehicle!

Dual Clutch Replacement
We initially went to Hyundai of Kirkland and they told us nothing can be done to fix the excessive shaking of our car when we are barely moving. We filed a claim with consumer affairs and they pointed us to Everett. It took 24 hours for them to duplicate the issue, figure out the fix, make the repair and get the car back to us.

Timely rescue
I was in the middle of moving items from an old address to a new one. The malfunction indicator came on and the car didn't start until after a wait. I called the next morning and asked if they could help. They had a full schedule, but I was told to come by if there was a problem. There was. The indicator was on and the car struggled. They looked in their schedule and fit me in. They gave accurate time estimates for the search and the repair. After a pleasant stay in their customer waiting area, the problem was resolved and the car and I have been motoring since.
