Jeff has started with Zimbrick in 2001 at Saturn of Madison. When not at work Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and grandkids. He also has a small hobby farm with cows, chickens, dogs, and cats. Jeff also enjoys watching the Packers games.

Disappointing service department

I had a disappointing experience with the Zimbrick Hyundai West service department. Between multiple failed repairs for a rear rattle, lack of communication, and lack of consideration, my entire experience was bad. Calls were regularly not returned and updates were regularly not given on my car. I also was not given paperwork multiple times. During one instance, the car wasn't ready at one pick up, and I had to find it in behind the building with disposable floor protectors still inside the car. I was given the car back multiple times without the car being fixed.

Overall, it was not a good experience. I am hopeful the service team is more considerate to other customers.

New facility

I really love how I am taken care of at Hyundai. Have bought many cars through the help of Dave Han. The new facility is in a nice location. The only thing I have noticed is I no longer receive a complimentary car wash or vacuum now. Not positive the smaller building has this available. Also the service appointment area is way to small. Otherwise I am well pleased with everything.

Excellent customer service

I took my car in for the 50k service. The tire check revealed that my tire tread was at the industry recommended replacement point for winter driving. My service manager offered me 3 options at different price points, & gave me all the information I needed to check around for a better price.

I usually get my tires at a local tire shop, that has a reputation for having the lowest prices. Their price was only $26 less for 4 Goodyear WeatherReady tires, but getting tires at that shop would involve a significant hassle. Zimbrick was able to match the price & put the tires on immediately, just in time for the big snowstorm that night.

I'm very happy with both the customer service, & my new tires.

like the people just not the new building

love the service department

Too bad that they made some not so good changes when they moved. The service reps are crammed into a smaller space and expected to do more work in that smaller space. The waiting area is OK but kind of generic and it was quite cold due to the space opening up to the show room. I had to keep my winter coat on most of the time I was waiting for my car. I would still recommend them but I think some mistakes were made in the move.
