On time and on target
Brought my vehicle in for its regular oil change and to address a software recall. The service was timely, facilities for waiters were great, and nobody tried to sell me additional, unnecessary services. I trust this dealership and have already recommended it to others.

I waited much longer than expected at my last visit. After sitting in the waiting area for 3 hours I went to the desk to inquire about the status of my car. The staff had information on my car, but I was frustrated that I did not receive any updates from them while I was waiting (they are usually pretty good at doing so).

New location - same great service department!
The service department at Zimbrick Hyundai West is great. They explain everything thoroughly and allow you to make the choice about what gets done on your car, with no high pressure sales tactics. The waiting room with tvs, treats, and wifi is nice for short appointments, and the change to Uber for rides during longer appointments is a definite improvement.

New location
I always like to get my car serviced here. The new location is great but the poor service team is squeezed onto a tiny area and don't even have a cashier anymore! Makes me wonder because they are always so busy, and I see more Hyundai on the road than any other make....
