The flexibility and convenience of the servcie staff are what makes Woodhouse great
I believe the oil was changed with this first experience however, that was not stated. Everything else was great. I appreciated the review of the checklist of items that were inspected.

Thank you for the 5 star survey. I apologize for the car wash not getting done here. This is a temporary location we are leasing until our new store is completed in September of 2018. We are lacking the space to perform car washes at this time. Good news is at our new location at 144th and Giles we will have an automatic car wash.

Very sorry to hear that your vehicle was not completed at the time promised. I reveiwed your repair order and the work that was performed normally takes about 1.5 hours. My repair order tracker shows that you checked in at or near 8:15 am and the vehicle was completed and paperwork finalized at 9:07 am. I would appreciate if you could supply me with the time you recall your paperwork was reviewed with you by the advisor. I look forward to your reply.

Courteous, no pressure service people
I love getting my care serviced and not being pressured to do something that is not necessary, as I had been by a couple of dealerships in Omaha. It is a pleasure to have my car serviced at Woodhouse and will certainly put them at the top of my list when purchasing a new car.

Not worth the wait unless it's a must for you to have maintenance performed by Hyundai
With all previous vehicles, I've had routine maintenance performed by my father or at a local service center that takes "walk-in" oil changes. After purchasing a new vehicle, I decided to change it up a bit. I thought it would be nice to have this Hyundai vehicle maintained at the Hyundai. This was my third oil change with Woodhouse Hyundai. Each time I had to wait longer than they told me for them to complete the oil change and that's after scheduling the appointment the week before. I will never understand how it could have possibly taken over an hour to change the oil when I showed up on time to my appointment. It's my understanding a complimentary wash/vacuum is included but that didn't even happen (due to rainy weather) for the second and third oil changes so it's not like that time needed to be factored in.

Pretty good service experience
When taking our Sonata there for it's oil change, we were also informed about a recall, which was then performed. However, we did have BG MOA to add to the car and the tech said he added it, but did not indicate that anywhere on the paperwork.
