Good routine service
I had routine service (oil change and tire rotation) done here. Service was quick and the price reasonable. I also received an easy-to-follow report on other items that will require attention in the future. No pressure to do them now, but it's nice to be prepared for the next service appointment.

Still trying
People have tried to be helpful, but...............Still trying to get problem solved... noises..... but service people have been very respectful and hopefully the next time it is in, the problem will be fixed... (we are waiting for a special shock...). that will be the 5th time in for the same problem!! ?

The extra work they did to diagnose my car issue
The technicians pulled off parts from a like 2012 Hyundai Elantra and kept trying them on my car until they found the problem with my car since a computer code wasn’t telling them what the problem was, and then they fixed it free of charge since it wasn’t fixed the first time when I came to pick up my car, and they gave me a loaner car to drive until my car was fixed.

Very good service!!
The service was great but if I did have a complaint...it is that I was informed my vehicle needed new windshield wipers as I was going to pay at the counter for the 15,000 mile maintenance. It would have been faster for me if they would have informed me while my car was still in the shop and being worked on. I did have them change the blades. Also, I am told by your people that the oil only needs to be changed every 5,000 miles yet they put a sticker on my car saying 3,000 miles. Which is it? Please let me know because I have a 2016 Tucson and a 2017 Elantra.

Disappointed
While the folks I talked to were nice enough the service left much to be desired. The job was not complete and the dirty engine cover was thrown in my trunk on top of some of my things and not re-installed. I'm not sure how you miss something like... seeing as this is my first time coming in I'm not likely to return unless I have to.

It was just average. Felt like the typical up selling. I didn't really trust them but I don't think they were being deceitful. It felt like a typical car dealership. It was way too difficult to get warrenty work done and the stupid Hyundai has had a lot of recalls.
