It's so nice to deal with a salesman that believes in a no pressure sale. We spent only 2 - 3 hours discussing and test driving vehicles that fit the budget that we wanted to spend. The salesman didn't force us to get into a more expensive vehicle. We choose the vehicle we preferred and while the dealership crashed figures we left and they called us later, we even explained to the salesman that we were going to check out other deals. This was a complete selling point for us. They called the next day and signed paperwork. The total time invested was only 3 1/2 hours. This was amazing.

Friendly and convenient
The people at Woodhouse are always friendly and the location is convenient. I appreciate that they know about any recalls my car may have and the service is quick and well-done. I've never had to return because something wasn't done right the first time. That's worth a lot to me. I wish they'd wash my car for me, rather than give me a coupon for a free car wash - but I understand they're not set up for car washing. (But it would be awesome if they were!)

Thank you for the great survey score! We too wish we could wash all of our customer's vehicles but this is a temporary location until August. Our new facility which will be located on 144th & Giles will have a car wash and more.

We believe our -?- wasn’t reset as we have had 2 notices come up that it is time for service. Also, our service was not on Jan 2. It was on Dec 28?

Can't ask for more
The problem was solved rather quickly and the work accomplished speedily. The cost was quite reasonable. I also had time to be on the show floor and watch a salesman I know who caring for a customer buying a car. I mentioned to the customer that the salesman would indeed take care of him. He agreed. So sales seem backed up by maintenance and protection.



[The salesman was Phil] perhaps this doesn't belong in the public comment.

Still happy with our purchase...
We are extremely happy with our Santa Fe Sport purchase, Monte was amazing. We had a little communication problem with the service department recently but once they realized we were upset they took measures to improve the communication and our service was handled as best it could be because we had to wait for parts.

Routine maint. visit. Got us in and out in timely manner
Our first Hyundai and our first visit to the service department. No complaints. Very timely and efficient. Hospitality room was nice and so was our treatment. With a brand new car, I'm sure we will be back for at least the scheduled visits.

Easy scheduling, quick oil change
Scheduling my oil change was easy and I got in quickly. The location of this shop and the timely oil change was perfect and easy to squeeze in during the work day. I am new to Hyundai and was expecting the shop to be running late and take FOREVER as that had been my previous experience with dealership mechanic shops. This was not my experience at Woodhouse Hyundai. Great experience. I will be returning!!

Brought two vehicles in for routine maintenance and both appointments were done in a timely manner with little pressure for additional services.
Was also able to utilize the free WiFi do get some tasks done while I waited.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, as always.
