Great and friendly service
Service is great. People are friendly. I get my cars oil changed there routinely and abs get work done while I’m waiting in the quiet waiting area.

Get a quick Lube - a weeks wait for an oil change is costing you through lost service and customers that are inconvenienced.
1 week wait for an oil change. Had work done at another shop with a Quick Lube and got in and out. Later had front brakes done and the work was good with good timing.

Very friendly sales team, service team, and cashier.
Always enjoy getting my vehicle serviced at this dealership. Great bunch of people. Only small issue was the dirty hand print on the driver's side door inside. Took a little soap and water and it came off. See you all at my next service appointment.

I have always enjoyed working with Hyundai of Rockford. The staff are exceptional. When I was trying to get my first vehicle Tom Perrin worked very hard to make sure it happened. He really spent a lot of time on it and in the long run made it happen for me and it was better than I had hoped for. The service staff are always friendly and accommodating.
