Bad car service department
My car was scheduled for service on the March 25th instead the car was left in the parking lot for two weeks until April 12th when they finally inspected the car. I was given dumb reasons every time I called to check on the car. This review is based on my experience with the service department only ,the sale department and everyone els seems to be very nice and Professionals.

A Little Disappointed
Was disappointed that my dealership could not apply the $10 Hyundai coupon (for my dealership) that I accidentally left at home. They have been able to look up and apply the coupon in the past.

Excellent follow up with Service and Sales!
The Service Dept does great work from communication to the work itself! This Sonata Hybrid passes gas-stations with confidence! Our 2014 has made 4 trip to CA and back, including one 8500 mile round trip to Seattle and back home from IL, WI, MN, ND, MT, ID, WA, OR, CA, AZ, NM, TX, OK, MO and back to IL!

disappointed in service department
The dealership is fine; I am happy with the car I purchased there. But I am very disappointed in the service department. The service department had my car for 2 weeks. They did not address one of the issues I brought my car in for. No call back when I pointed this out and asked what was work was actually done.

Good morning ,

      I apologize we haven't called back yet as we don't have all information from your extended warranty .  We spoke on the phone and we pulled the write up for when you dropped it off . You were correct early about explaining the issue there wasn't anything written down about it won't stay open just that it didn't open . But we have gotten the part numbers and already called your extended warranty . Since the claim was just worked on . They are looking into it and we are waiting for them to call us back . As soon as they do I will call you with more information . Thank you
