I had to get a software update and oil chance and I was in and out in about 40 min, which was way quicker than expected because they were fairly busy. Great customer service.

As far as doing the service that is requested, they do a great job. The only problem is that sometimes I think they suggest service that is not required.

Great Service
I have been servicing my 2013 Hyundai Elantra at Wesley Chapel Hyundai since the car was new. They never try to over sell me on anything. The one thing that is important to me since I'm retired and on a fixed income, is that they will tell me if a particular service can wait a few weeks and what needs to be done now. The bottom line is that I trust them.

Worst service ever!
Joke of a dealership. Service work is horrible. Lost my keys. Had 4+ visits for tint warranty work(still done wrong), missing paint on new car. Last visit my tires were maxed out to 49 psi( car is 33). They act like I'm a burden and annoying. Will never return to this location ever again!

I've been taking my Elantra here for three years. Service is always good. Staff is respectful. Wait times are not too long. I always recommend this location when friends are looking for a new vehicle.
