Took my palisade in for an oil change. I was in and out in an hour. James was the one who helped me and he was professional and super nice!

I have been driving a Hyundai and taking it for service to this location for 6 years. The customer service is great, time for car maintenance is reasonable, and communication with the needs of my car is outstanding. Thank you Hyundai!

Check everything
After the oil change there was a list of other things you wanted to do but I declined. On a previous service visit it was the same or similar list. After the previous visit I went down the road and my indicator for low tire pressure came on. It is evident no one check the tires during the service. You seem to be concentrating on sell your list of unwanted services and not paying attention to the basics, like tire pressure. NO PLEASED

Hyundai of Wesley Chapel has provided me with excellent service all around. From purchasing my new Elantra and than purchasing a second Venue from them, these guys take the best care of the customer. I've had multiple times blow out (due to my line of work) and each time the service team is happy to help. Most trusted dealership I have ever done business with. I plan to continue my business strictly through Hyundai of Wesley Chapel; not only because for the high value/affordably priced vehicle line, but merely for the customer service I constantly receive from this dealer.

Arriving for my appointment, I arrived an hour early and was scheduled for a recall and oil change. I was told they were short staffed and it may take a little longer. I went across the street to get lunch and my car was ready by the time I got back. Had a great first visit, will be returning for future service appointments.

Friendly and fast
We had an appointment with one particular service man but it was his day off. James jumped right in and got us in and out within an hour and with our maintenance plan it didn’t cost a penny. All of our experiences at this dealership has been excellent as everyone seems genuine as they want to help you have a good experience.
