James, my WC Hyundai service tech, was professional & understanding. When my vehicle needed a new master cylinder he made arrangements to get me a rental car & contacted a carrier to take me to the car rental site. He also informed me that he would contact once the repair was complete. After keeping me posted on a delay in getting the part shipped he apologized & promised to keep me posted. He did this 3 more times, each time apologizing for the delay, before letting me know the part arrived & the car would be ready in a couple of days. Then in a day he informed me the car was ready for pickup. When I arrived for pickup James again apologized for the lengthy delay (5 wks), escorted me to my car & assured me I could contact him with any problems or questions. So, WC Hyundai (James) get 5 stars while Hyundai Motors gets 0 stars for customer service. 5 weeks to forward a part for a repair is inexcusable. Thanks to James!

Lag Time For Repair
My vehicle was diagnosed with a defective master cyclinder for the brake system. Even though I was provided with rental/loaner the comparable selection was well below a Sonata. Choice of Chevy Spark or Nissan Versa. The vehicle was left at the dealer on 9/13 with completion not until 10/21. The service rep kept updating completion via texts & noting a shipping backlog for the delays. Hard to believe a single part takes 5 weeks for delivery.

lack of communication and part
The oil change was prompt. The communication about the recall part was terrible. Waited fifteen days for appointment. Was told at time of appointment the part was being ordered and would be there.

Good Place to go in a Pinch
This is a good dealership to take your car for repairs. The only area I see room for improvement is coupon availability for long standing customers. I have been going to that dealership for 14 years. It would be nice if they always provided a nominal discount coupon to offset some of the cost. Especially if the customer just experienced an unexpected repair.

Bad Customer service
They make you feel that they are doing you a favor by servicing your vehicle. When you arrive they all make a point to not acknowledge your existence and not one person wants to help, the are "always busy" and when one finally feels that they have to greet you, they make you feel like they are doing you a favor. The new lady was rude and not helpful. When I asked her for my multi point inspection report, she ignored me and when I asked again, lied and told me that they don't give this out. I've been going to this dealership since I bought my vehicle there in 2012 and they always give a copy of the inspection report or at least send me a text where I can see the report. She lied and said that wasn't available at all. Poor customer service it used to be a bit better.

The service advisor that worked with me was very informative. James kept me in the loop the entire time about my car. The entire staff was professional and very friendly!! Will definitely be back for service or repairs when needed.
