Friendly, hospitable, reliable, effective
Every time I go to Hyundai of Wesley Chapel, I find a friendly, hospitable, reliable, effective staff that are willing to help in any way they can.

I was there this past Monday for my first car service ever since I leased another car there and the service was simply exceptional.

Second engine replacement
Whereas I prefer not to struggle with engine issues, Hyundai stands behind their product and ensures you get a rental. I couldn’t ask for more on a 2011 vehicle with 250k miles on it.

Servicing at Wesley Chapel Hyundai
I was told by the finance director when I purchased the car that I could only have it serviced at Wesley Chapel Hyundai, Which wasn't true. When I called to set up my servicing for my warranty, I had to wait for my appointment for 2 months to have the work done. By waiting this long I lost benefits from my warranty which I then had to pay for. Had I known, I would have had my car serviced at several locations in Tampa before then. I will not be returning for any servicing at Hyundai of Wesley Chapel.

Great and fast service
James was very helpful and made sure that the service i needed was communicated. Told me that the wait was going to be longer but it was really fast and I appreciate the over estimate of time than being told it would be quick. James answered my questions quickly through text as well.

Satisfied with 1st Service
Grateful for a cancelled appointment by another customer, so I could move my 1st Service Appt up, since I could only get an appt. 2 months past my Service due date. Hopefully scheduling will improve when the COVID epidemic is over !

The service mgr. went out of his way to get me in because the abs light was on. I called and was told that I could not get service till the end of January 2022, not acceptable . one call and problem solved.

James, my WC Hyundai service tech, was professional & understanding. When my vehicle needed a new master cylinder he made arrangements to get me a rental car & contacted a carrier to take me to the car rental site. He also informed me that he would contact once the repair was complete. After keeping me posted on a delay in getting the part shipped he apologized & promised to keep me posted. He did this 3 more times, each time apologizing for the delay, before letting me know the part arrived & the car would be ready in a couple of days. Then in a day he informed me the car was ready for pickup. When I arrived for pickup James again apologized for the lengthy delay (5 wks), escorted me to my car & assured me I could contact him with any problems or questions. So, WC Hyundai (James) get 5 stars while Hyundai Motors gets 0 stars for customer service. 5 weeks to forward a part for a repair is inexcusable. Thanks to James!
