Why am I pleased with this service?
The dealership itself seems to be a fairly new building, there is an ease of entering and people are ready to take your vehicle in based on your appointment. At this time of the pendemic, there was plenty of room to have your own space while you wait, it is a comfortable atmosphere. It didn't take entirely too long and the vehicle was nice and clean at delivery.

FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!
One of the reasons I keep having my services done at this dealer is, I believe the Service Department really cares about me and my vehicle.
The second reason is, They go out of their way to ensure the vehicle is clean when done and they make me feel like family on every visit.
The third reason is, the Service Director/Manager Mike, is very handsome. Mark and Tony in sales, are amazing as well and if I ever need a new Hyundai, they will be my first choices.

Thank you for Hyundai staff. They took my car, with no appointment, to replace the dead battery late in Saturday afternoon.
That is why this car is the forth Hyundai that I own.

My vehicle is 2007 Santa Fe and has not seen any technicians other than those at Earnhardt. This group is knowledgeable and has repaired all the issues I have had from replacing a battery to other major work. The Service Technicians and Service Manager, Jason Coburn and Mike Southern, are the best to work with. I cannot say enough good things about these individuals or the dealership.
