Incomplete Work - ReScore Review
After my initial review, Nazy called me and explained the situation. She assured me that everything were done and she even offered to reset the oil change setting for me.

Incomplete Work
Had an oil change but they did not reset the setting and put new sticker. This made me doubt if they even did the oil change

Service Advisor Jason Coburn was very helpful in helping to diagnose, a particular challenging problem and concern with my 2012 Genesis - His patience and concern was very much appreciated, as was his knowledge of this particular issue with the Genesis.
I very much appreciate his up front, straight forward - “No Bull” approach in his dealings with me. Jason will continue to be my Service Advisor with my dealings with North Central Hyundai.

Another great service experience.
I can only say this appointment went as I have come to expect, prefect. My Tucson got a 30,000 mile service and was finished in a timely manner, again as I have gotten to expect. Service is and has been the best of any dealership we have used in the past.
