Kudos to the parts department manager for expediting the part required to repair my car.
Thanks to him it was repaired sooner then promised and didn’t loose much time from work.

My Service Advisor was expecting me and had paper work already prepared. It was the fastest service I've ever received.
I was extremely please with the Earnhardt Hyundai service. They were ready to receive my car at the exact scheduled appointment time. Everyone was very courteous explain what was included in the 10,000 mile service. I was directed to a very comfortable waiting lounge where I enjoy refreshment and TV.

All-in-all, it was a very pleasant service experience.

Terrific service every time
Great group of guys in the service area. They always explain exactly what they're going to do and answer any questions that I have. Communication is top notch, and always with a smile from everybody along the way. Waiting area is very nice as well, which matters to me because I typically stay on-site while the oil change etc is being performed.

Great service and courtesy drive home with pick up. Recall work done and did not pressure for additional services or trade-in options. Free oil change also and car wash! Highly recommend this Scottsdale location!
