My only comment is that the dealership needs to communicate better with the customer. If parts are ordered and there is a delay in receiving it should be communicated. There is no reason a customer should have to show up to have things done in a timely manner.

Eddy VP in service I gather is the best .. I alway go .esp for everything.. Eddy is real and very Honest 1 reason I keep coming back ..i was there almost 5 hours had Alot of work done .sure it's costly but I don't trust anyone else .sure I have been to back ally mechanics... NO MORE ALMOST 5 YEARS THIS MAN NEEDS A PROMOTION ..I SO REMEMBER 6 MONTHS OR SO I WENT TO EAT THEN MY CAR WAS MAKING A NOISE I HATE NOISE CAR ... I WAS ACTUALLY 2 MINUTES AWAY .. THANK Gd. OK NEEDED A STARTER OH SO HAPPY THEY HAD IT IN STOCK .THERE IS ONLY 1 MECHANIC WHOM WORK S ON MY CAR I CALL HIM TONY BUT I DONT THINK THATS HIS NAME THE BEST OTHERS ARE GOOD AS WELL I NEEDED NEW TIRES DONE AS WELL TONY I GUESS .. BUT I AM VERY SATISFIED YOU WOULDN'T BELIEVE EDDIE IS MY ROCK THE BACKBONE LIKE I SAID HIS HONESTY... IF U WANT I CAN WRITE A BOOK U AM THERE SO MUCH CANT FORGET KRISTINA SO MANY OTHER S I ACTUALLY DO NOT LIKE THE NEW PHONE SET UP NO ONE GETS MY E MAILS THANK YOU ALL EDDIE SO MUCH I GUESS IF I WAS HIT TOTAL MY CAR I WOULD HAVE WAITED 6 MONTHS AND WENT ..
