Unclear if problem is resolved. Time will tell.
I did not have a service appointment on April 10th. I did have an appointment on April 7th. My service was for 7,500 mile routine and also to diagnose a low tire pressure warning on my rt front tire that occurred three times. I was told either the pressure sensor or the reader were giving a warning when the tire pressure was correct. The rt front wheel was rotated to the rt rear and I was told to return for a 2-3 hour scheduled diagnostic. I made appt. for April 12th. Between the 7th and 12th I received low pressure alert from the rt rear wheel. Diagnostic on the 12th showed no problem and check for tire leak showed no leak. On drive from dealer I noted the rt rear wheel pressure dropped 1psi in first 10 miles. I am not confident the problem has been resolved. My responses are negative but if you ask me again in a couple of weeks you may get a more positive response.

 I see we just serviced your vehicle this morning and relearned your Tire Pressure Monitor System and checked your tire for leaks with no leaks found. Driving for 10 miles is not correct time frame to see if the problem is fixed. It is normal for tire pressure to change while driving. The tire pressures will go up and down with the temp of the air in the tire.

I will be contacting you soon to resolve your concerns.

We bought a car here 3 years ago- the best car buying experience ever!- and have been bringing it in for service ever since. They are honest, dependable and really go above and beyond to provide a great customer experience. In addition to competent, reliable service, the drinks, snacks tv and newspapers, in their waiting room makes any time waiting fly by. As if all this wasnt enough- after each service they throw in a free car wash coupon. We'll never take our car anywhere else!
