Work was completed as promised.
My last experience was excellent. The service agent answered all my questions and the work was done as promised. He did not try to baffle me with a round of double talk or try to sell me something I can get cheaper elsewhere.

Great service at fair prices!
I trust the staff at Hyundai of Everett. Having used various "oil and lube" franchises in the past, I've come to appreciate the level of professionalism at Hyundai. At the "quick lube" places, I have had my car returned to me at various times with disconnected hoses, missing caps and dripping oil from oil pan gaskets that were not replaced. Plus, they would try to get me to agree to unnecessary repairs. I'm sticking with Everett Hyundai. The service is fast, the staff is professional and the price is fair. Plus they are knowledgeable about my Elantra GT and when replacement parts are needed, I'll be sure to get the correct manufacturer's replacement. What's not to like?

I am completely satisfied with entire experience at this dealership. The service, (scheduled and repair), are performed as soon as possible. The staff provided courteous and professional treatment. The facility was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The service to be performed is always explained in advance and the cost included. They even provide a complimentary car wash with each service at a local company.
