Another great trip to Hyundai of Everett
Needed to get Sonata checked out for small recall issue. Service guys were extremely polite and had it taken care of in 10 minutes. AND they even gave me a car wash coupon! I always drive with confidence that my car is in top working order because I always bring it to Hyundai of Everett.

One complaint
The staff were very friendly and service was quick, however when I returned to my car, I did notice that my drivers seat had been severely adjusted. It was left pushed back as far as it would go (and I’m a short female), the seat height had been significantly raised, and even the lumbar support was changed. I understand that I am shorter than most of the people working on my car and that they need to move my seat back in order to drive it, but with how severely everything was adjusted, I feel like someone was intentionally messing with me, especially since I was only there for a quick oil change. Not happy about that.

Surprised this time
Have had negative experience in the past, and avoid servicing here unless routine maintenance. Communication was good, extra steps requested were done, without conflict, return of vehicle was timely. Price was a bit higher than expected, but everything else exceeded expectations this time.

Good customer service and service on vehicles could be a little faster
I usually come here to get a little maintenance done on my vehicle and my regular oil changes. The staff is really great but last week when I went to get my oil change the girl at the front desk was being a little negative and was a little rude and I'm all about positivity and great customer service. I don't know if she doesn't like her job or if she was having a bad day, but you give respect to get respect I believe she was an African mixed with Caucasian I'm not exactly sure but she had puffy curly brown hair and her name was either Marlene or Marley. She asked me how many miles I had on my vehicle because I was still trying to get my kids out of the car and I gave her an approximate number and that's when she caught an attitude and was being negative and was saying "I need the exact numbers!" while rolling her eyes.. mind you I'm a father of a three year old boy and a four year old girl so it's not easy all the time and she knew that I was just trying to get settled and get my kids out of the car and get our stuff out of the car but she was still hassling me for the miles on my car knowing that I was not ready. She definitely needs to fix that attitude of hers and leave it at home and do not bring it to work she needs to be talked to about leaving her problems at home and to have great customer service because they are the front face of this dealership and that needs to be taken very seriously if they want to continue to have my business.

Les Scwab said my transmission was bad. Lee Johnson Hyundai found out I just needed to tighten lug nuts because the previous dealership failed to torque it after my brakes were replaced. I had lost my trust in mechanics until now. And I got my answers quickly.
