I've received excellent service at H of E. My 1st service experience was completed at the time they gave me when I dropped it off. The sales and finance staff were friendly and showed great attention to detail at the time I purchased my car.

I wasn't happy to find out I had to pay 40.00 for oil change. I have your license plate cover on my car, that was part of the deal to get my oil change at a cheaper rate. Why and When did that change ?????

I bought my Tucson here in July of this year and brought it back for it's first oil change, they got me in right away and in less than 30 minutes I was out the door. They are great to deal with.
