Slipped in with an emergency
Both headlights burned out within s week... I slid into the service center late on a Saturday - no appointment, no problem. Headlights replaced in minutes and I was on my way!

Service on my 2012 Santa Fe AWD Limited
I've been going here for service for several years now. First it was for my 2007 Sonata, and now for my 2012 Santa Fe. The customer service is always great! Everyone is polite and helpful and never have I ever felt pressured to have things done. They list items that either need immediate attention or future attention but there is no push from the service department at all - it's all up to you, the customer on if you want it done and if you want it done there or want to go elsewhere. The provide quotes and all their work and if something comes up then come out and let you know and again, YOU can decide yes/no if you want it done. I really appreciate that about this dealership.

service was good, but one bad thing
As I noted in my last statement. I thought the work on my vehicle was good and the people on that end were very good, but they let a woman work as the cashier, who was extremely ill exposing every customer to what ever she had. I don't know if it was a bad cold or the flu but in either case she should have not been working and I hope I don't get ill as a result
