First Oil Change and Request for Other Help
I came in for my first oil change, which was complimentary. I applaud the dealership for offering this. I was upset in that I asked my brakes to be checked as my brand new car has had brake noise since it was a month old. I was told that they checked them and the mechanic "drove it for a couple miles to try and replicate what I described". However, upon getting into my car I saw that the mileage was the EXACT same as when I pulled into the garage so that statement to me was simply NOT true at all. I don't come to the dealership for repeat oil changes as they raised the prices on those. I had gone there with my last Hyundai and recalled that when ownership changed, the price did as well. I will be going elsewhere for my oil changes. I do love that this dealership is always very clean and friendly. My salesperson saw me there and made sure to come say hello, which was a nice touch. I was able to do business at a table in a quiet atmosphere as I waited for my car.

Excellent service, very friendly service advisors.
Their service department is outstanding. Great prices, great job and always finish as promised.

They also clean your windshield and vacuum the front floor mats. I just wished they spend an extra 10 seconds and vacuum the rear floors as well and make the customers really happy.

My 2011 Sonata's engine expired with 140K miles. Clearly over the warranty period. Hyundai decided to replace the engine, long block, free of charge. A value of $6,600! They stand behind their product.

I needed a few different things done that had built up over time. The service people accommodated me with drop off and had Saturday pick up times. The parts person promoted their new tire policy on price matching. I probably did not get the best price on the repair service but I know the oil change cost is comparable to oil change places and they are quick.

I've received excellent service each time I've taken my Elantra to Hyundai of Everett.
On this visit, I asked them not to call me, as I was heading to a meeting.
They noticed that my rear brake light was out, and took the initiative to change it for me, for the cost of the part only.
This was well done for me, as my car was ready to go, and this minor replacement already taken care of.
