I love my Hyundai dealership!
I was terrified when my car suddenly stopped working, would not start. So their I was stranded at my new job waiting for the tow truck. I called before to make an appointment and spoke to the sweetest woman who helped me get in early the next day. I stressed to her that I just started a new job after being let go because of COVID and I needed to get this resolved if possible. One day and my car was ready. When I went into the dealership I waited at the service department to pick up. I barely was standing their for two minutes waiting for the couple in front of me and the manager came out of his office to help me . Then I was able to speak with TY. Amazing customer service so helpful. I love coming here every time . Will recommend and push Hyundai for life ?

I generally receive excellent service by your service technicians and welcoming service reps, Ty Ostriecher always is there with great attention, Sanford Barbee is superb and exceeds expectations when servicing my wife’s 2017 G80, and I also want to say that LESANDRO in your mechanics area was especially caring and courteous as he installed a new set of KUMO tires on my 2019 Sonata Ltd. recently. James Addison in Finance is much appreciated as he arranged a Lease End purchase on the G80, Chris, your Sales Manager always acknowledges me when I am there, Paul Ortiz in sales is very friendly and has benefitted from 2 purchases there. Shannon, your General Manager is thoughtful, and also recognizes me, I appreciate this. Also, I forgot to mention Tony and Mike in Finance, nice assets to Holler Hyundai. I have purchased and leased about 12 cars over the years, thank you for being our neighborhood dealerships!

Amazing service!
The staff here are amazing. I have always felt well taken care of at every service visit! Tye is amazing and he is very thorough.
