They are always trying to 'upsell' additional 'service' items.
We had to take the car in for warranty service, as usual the dealership service people tried to upsell some additional service items --- a rear wheel alignment at this visit -- their 'sensors' indicated a rear wheel out of alignment based upon the 2 seconds the tire spent on it before we pulled the car forward.

Dear Mr. Mcculloch,
         My apology that we fell short of meeting your expectations on your recent visit to my service department. your observations are correct! The service drive, building layout is challenging. We recognized this a long time ago and we are building a new state of the art facility begining in the fall. The new facilty will have all the amenities including the alignment checking machine. We made a considerably large investment in that equipment to provide a complimentry alignment check for our valued customers. this equipment uses 40 laser mesurments to check a vehicles alignment, in addition it takes a high definition video of the vehicle from all angles upon the vehicles arrival to show damage that exists (if any) prior to arrival to our dealership thus reducing expense for false damage claims. We absolutly present additional needed or recomended services based on mileage intervals, condition of tires, alignment, etc. We are in a damned if i do, damned if i dont situation here. If we dont tell our guests about a service or condition we find we can put ourselves in a liable situation, or worse put a guest in a potentially dangerous situation. We simply present our findings and it is always our customers option whether or not the service is performed. I hope you will reconsider the thought of looking elswhere for service! You are a valued customer and i would love to retain you! Your advisor for this visit was Ty. This survey is very important to him. Most of your concerns are things he has no control over. (building, process, etc.) I hope you will reconsider your score for his sake. May I reach out to you to discuss this? I appreciate your consideration.

Great service on short notice
We had an engine light come on and the owner’s manual says we shouldn’t drive when that happens. I called Holler Honda service and they were booked but offered to work around their appoint,WNT’s if I dropped it off. Turned out to be a bad gas cap so it was done the same day and we also got scheduled service out of the way. Nice!

After getting a flat tire on my way home from a 12 night shift, I got the spare on and drove to Holler Hyundai.
From start to finish, they were upfront with pricing and we’re knowledgeable about my needs. Kept me informed and it was actually cheaper than quoted.
Will always go to Holler Hyundai.

Very quick personal attention and service
My previous complaint, was about the sticker that goes on your windshield after an oil change was performed.
Come to find out, the service that was done, was the car makers recall, involving to fix the anti- lock brakes. In which that was completed.
I was wrong about an oil change being performed.
However we called the dealership up. They looked over their paperwork and confirmed the only order was for the recall.
We let them know that the PC chip was telling us it was time for the oil change, days after the recall visit.
They took care of us, specially! Gave us a thorough oil change, the correct sticker on windshield and reset the computer chip.
