Exceptional customer service every time
Holler Hyundai delivers exceptional customer service each time I get my car serviced. Ty has always been great from the beginning and more recently Sanford has helped me and he was great as well. There is true team work and professionalism among the service team.

Long wait times
I waiting over 3 hours to receive a call or text alerting me my car was ready for pickup after service and never received one. I finally showed up and my car had been done for quite a while. Your staffs lack of communication wasted my whole morning. Do better.

I was taken in soon as I got there. I was made aware there had been a recall on a harness and they had worked than in with the oil change. They gave me a time and almost to the minute it was ready.

They don’t want to put in the work
Do your job look at the car even if you don’t believe there’s a problem no customer wanted to take time out of their lives to come to the service center to waste your time.

Dear Mr. Burton,
         My appologies that we fell short of meeting your expectations on your recent visits to our service department. i have read all the notes in your service file. Your concern is very simalar to others we have seen related to the type of transmission that your vehicle is equipped with. (DCT) i would be happy to supply you with alternate transportation if you would be willing to drop it back off with us. I will get Hyundai North America involved to see if there is anything further we can do to mprove shift quality for you. Accorrding to the notes the ltest software update available has already been installed and there are no fault codes present that would indicate any electronic issues. Please let me know if you would like to schedule another appointment to drop off the vehicle and i will use every resource i have available to assist.

Good experience, problem still being worked on
Interacting with service team and assigned advisor very good. Issue with vehicle (CEL) not yet resolved after two appointments (gas cap replacement both times). Scheduled 3rd appointment, hoping 3rd time is the charm.

for the first time!! I DISRESPECT this dealership
I visited there for AC problem - AC from a passenger side didn’t blow air as cold as the rest of the cabin.

Diagnosed for replacement of a compressor and refilling a refrigerant, which there was no leak btw,

The cost for the repair was around $1000.
I picked up the car when ready.
On the way home, I felt no difference before/after.

I contacted to the service advisor and replied as below

“The output from the compressor was below specs and that is why it was replaced. The temperature will vary from one side to the other in most vehicles including new Hyundai vehicles. The system output is now to specs”

Alright. Now the system output is to specs but my car is still having the same issue.

How can someone supposed to be expert say like this?

Great Employees and fast service
The employees were very polite and super helpful to me. I’m physically handicap, I wear a back brace and I use a cane and they went out of their way to make sure I could get comfortably in and out the door. They all went above and beyond to help me get around. The service was quick and done well, I’m very impressed by the shop employees.
