Complete lack of respect for my time
Consistently sit for over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Last time they did not rotate the tires when they said they did, lost the wheel lock and did not contact me to come in for a tire replacement under warranty. I sat and watched the service manager play on his phone and tell stories with the coworker to his left while I sat watching reruns of "Good Bones" for over two hours with no communication at all. When I left, no apology was offered for the wait and I did not receive any papers regarding what was done on the visit. I was told that I would receive a call when a replacement tire could be located and replaced under the road hazard warranty. After two weeks, surprise, no phone call. I had to call the dealership myself, only to be told that the service manager had 'forgotten' and that it had not been ordered. A complete joke of an experience.

Very pleased with my Hyundai Santa Fe limited and with all the sales and service… This is our second Hyundai car… The first one was an Azera. Loved it also… A great car! So far four of my friends have bought new cars from your dealership… Debbie Crocker, Sheldon Blair, Elsie Augenblick, and Pete and Jane Mitchell... Keep up the excellent work!

Good experience at Lakeland Auto Mall, Hyundai
First, a very large number of Hyundai's to choose from. A salesman met us shortly after we arrived and allowed us to ask questions and look around, I had a good idea of what I wanted but did not know the name of it, but we soon found one.
