Waited 2.5 hrs for an oil change and I got there at 6am. Wasn’t expecting the long wait that early.

Was quoted $800 to replace a part, went to another car shop the next day for $50

Recently went up on the price for an oil change - not cool.

Very clean, well organized
The showroom and repair center seem very clean and well organized, which was great. The only bad thing I can say about the place was that the repair to my auto took four or five days. I was told this was because the part needed to be ordered as it was not in stock. I know the repair center cant keep EVERY part in stock so I guess this is really a non complaint. Overall the experience was great.

$900.00 bill for 1 tire change and 60,000 miles service when service was done about 5,000 miles prior
Not happy, almost $900.00 bill for 1 tire change and 60,000 miles service when service was done about 5,000 miles prior and paid at that time $152.00. I looked back at notes and I only needed to get "Transmission service $280.00". That was the notes on my bill from my last 5,000 miles service.

This visit was fine and corrected the issue I was having with my car. Annoyed that a known issue with service bulletin wasn't covered under warranty, and that a diagnostic and reset cost well over $100. Much more tragic experiences on prior visits left this one exceeding expectations.
