Three year complimentary oil change?-
Had to pay $51.29 for the 3000 mile oil change that was recommended to insure proper engine operation. Would recommend the dealership for new cars but would be hesitant to praise the 3 year complimentary oil change policy. Oil change price is high compared to other businesses that perform the same service.

Friendly Staff
The staff are always very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions. I’m very pleased with the service of my vehicle. It was done earlier than I expected. They explained what was going to be done. The customer lounge area is always clean and comfortable. I always get my vehicle serviced at this location.

Thank you or taking the time to complete our survey. I apologize we are currently not performing complimentary exterior washes. We are currently in between some changes, and the changes are going to be for the better! We are in the planning stages of building an automated car wash, rather than hand washing the vehicle like we used to perform. This new machine, should add more consistency to our washes, and also speed the process of washing up. But for the time being we are currently out of commission until we get up and running.

Excellent customer service!
Corey is always cordial and willing to help. I've lost a great car a few years back when I took it to a retail shop for an oil change. This shop overfilled the oil which then damaged the car's engine. Since then I got paranoid and always had to check my car after an oil change.

Corey again took the time to check it for me. He is enthusiastic, energetic and displays positive behavior. Excellent customer service!

I have been dealing with Freedom Hyundai and now with Kelly Hyundai for about 10 yrs. now and have always had great service. In that time I have purchased 3 Hyundai's . I've mainly dealt with Corey in service and he has been great.
