Hyundai is not standing by their product
Less than two weeks after buying two. Yes two new cars my battery was so dead they could not even jump it. Hyundai refuses to replace battery. Nothing was left on to drain it and systems are in place to cut off if there was something left on.

The worse part is I was stranded with no transportation. Kelly did not call to let me status. I called around 5 and the rental company was close

Less than two weeks and I was left without a vehicle and refuse to stand by their product. Unacceptable

My experience with Kelly Hyundai has always been awesome nice people to deal with give them a try you won’t go any where else trust me..
I love my 2021 Tuscon it’s treated me well, and most of all at Kelly Hyundia the team there are very nice people that’s why I won’t go any where else it’s my second home.. thank yous all very much!!!

Smell
I feel for the employees who were working that day. There was a strong chemical smell from the resurfacing of the floor. We starting getting a headache and waiting outside in the rain for our car to be finished.

I had service done to my Sonata at Kelly Hyundai. As always, everyone was courteous and professional. It didn’t take long to get an appointment, I was given updates on the progress, and I felt very appreciated as a customer. Great place!

Great dealership and shop to work with
My cars check engine light came on and would not accelerate. I had it towed to the closet Hyundai dealership to me at the time. They had my car for two and a half weeks and said they might be able to get it in to diagnose the in another week.

I went to Kelly Hyundai over the second weekend I was without my car to see if they had anything I would want to buy. We also talked with the service department and they said if I have my car towed there they would be able to look at it asap.
I had worked with Kelly Hyundai before so I decided to have it towed there. THE SAME DAY THEY GOT MY CAR they had it diagnosed and had replacement parts ordered by the end of the day. My car was fixed the following week.
They even helped set me up with a rental while I was waiting for my car to be done.
