Great service.
Several years ago I had some issues at this service center. Years later I returned to this dealership to purchase a vehicle and have had all my service and maintainence done there. Big difference....for the better. Scheduling is prompt, service done right and personnel very courteous and helpful.

Very nice place to shop for a vehicle, very friendly, helpful people..
If anyone is looking to purchase a vehicle, let me say honestly, Freedom is the way to go, the service department and parts department and all other departments are great people, to them customers are first and they all demonstrate it all the time, thank you all, stay safe, keep up the good work....

Always helpful
Never have a problem with anyone at Freedom Hyundai. They don’t always have all the factory parts in and have to be ordered but the usually show up very quickly.

There are many things that go into controlling our parts inventory here at the dealership. Our parts team is constantly monitoring our on hand inventory and demand for every part that goes into each and every repair made at our facility. Our inventory is constantly changing to meet the demands of common repairs, but unfortunately there are still some repairs/ components that we don't have in stock.
None the less, we are extremely grateful to have you and your family as customers, and its always a pleasure having you guys here at the dealership with us.

Excellent Customer Service, like always!
I arrived for a routine oil change and the Technician found a issue with one of my tires,. It had a slow leak. Cory was the service adviser and we had a meeting with the technician to discuss options. A decision was made and proceeded as discussed. I was impressed by the customer focus that occurred, the professional atmosphere and the resulting speed to complete the work. All so simple if others would do same. Thanks guys.

2012 Sonata service
I appreciate the time my service advisor took to discuss the brake service that was done on my Sonata. He also mentioned what needed to be done on the rear brakes since I only had the front brakes serviced.

Stormy Weather
The service was fine. The personnel at the dealer are always courteous and professional. My only complaint is that they parked my vehicle in the lot and left the driver's side window open. Naturally we has a torrential thunderstorm and the interior was soaked. I work for a truck repair facility and it is our policy to always close windows and lock the trucks when that are in our custody on our property. That might be a good policy for Freedom Hyundai to adopt.
