Excellent Customer Service!

I had my car in for service and to switch my winter tires out and, as always, I was greeted by everyone in the area and treated really well. My car was finished quickly, as well.

Great customer service

I came in on an early Monday morning to have my tires swapped. I was immediately greated by an upbeat service team that was ready to get any job done! Cole was friendly and professional as we reviewed service needs for my vehicle, and he kept me updated along the way while I waited on site. I felt the timeframe for the job was quick and efficient. Monday mornings can be rough, but the service team at Mike White Ford sure make them seem great!

The best team around.

Special thanks to Katelyn who was very gracious and made me feel better when I realized an hour afterwards that I had completely forgotten about my appointment. She got me right back in the next day and I really appreciate it.

Connor was very warm and welcoming when I dropped off my vehicle.

Cole did a fantastic job as always being very thorough. I also appreciated that he answered my questions thoroughly and with a great attitude!

This review is for tire purchase. They were done on time including alignment check. Price matched and out the door without wasting the day like you would at a tire shop. Even a multi point inspection done at no additional cost.

I had my F150 serviced recently and the customer service and personal attention were excellent -- as usual. I was a few minutes early and the work was completed within the estimated time (1 hour). I appreciate the efficiency and personal attention given from the point of entry to the return of the vehicle.

I did find it interesting (odd) that no one from the Sales group either greeted me or spoke with me about my vehicle or if I had any interest in looking at the new models. I would strongly recommend that your Sales staff engage or just greet the customers in for service. Its an opportunity that in my case, was missed.
