Very busy place with Outstanding staff!!
I have had my 2013 Explorer worked on here 3 times and have been treated very well. Jessie went above and beyond when the extended warranty (not Ford) people took so long in sending a transmission and then sent the wrong one. He kept me in the loop the whole time. Thank you Jessie!
Christian was gracious enough to try and hurry a quick fix through, even though they were very busy, when I had a family emergency that I had to leave for.
The entire Team here are very professional and friendly. I will continue to bring them my vehicle for as long as I own it.

Unexpected emissions problem
Just had my Explorer in for work due to emissions problem. We were very impressed with the service, including keeping us updated on the issues. Saw Christian when we picked the vehicle up today-found him very customer service oriented and informed us of all the other items checked/tested on the vehicle.

My husband picked up my car yesterday. Said the mechanic came out and talked to him, nice guy, very honest and informative. Credit to your company. Took a bit longer then planned but that was ok. You guys always treat us good and when we can afford a newer truck for Emmitt. We will be back. Thanks for taking care of us

Long wait. Good results.
This is the second time I brought my truck in with this problem. The first time I was told it was likely just an issue with shifting in and out of 4 wheel drive. I was not charged the diagnosis. The grinding sound came back and yesterday the source of the problem found. It seems that my problem was resolved this time. 4 stars is because I scheduled a week in advance. I show up at 9:30 and was told it might be a couple hours before it could be looked at. I'm driving an hour to get to Ford. Would like my arrival and work done this morning so scheduled closer together. That and this problem was missed the first time and I ended up coming in a second time.

Great and thorough service
Great service and follow up. They were courteous to call before during and upon completion of service. Better service and more thorough in diagnostic reviews of what is really going on with vehicle issues than other dealers.

Great Service
Where to start? Christian has his stuff together! What a great advisor. As a former service advisor, my expectations are fairly high. He is very empathetic about my needs. This trait is not anything that can be taught, it is a reflection on the type of person he is. Thank you Christian. Now for the tech. Scotty P is, and will always be, my go to tech. He knows the product like no one else. His attention to detail is something every tech should strive for. He is clean, honest, and has built his reputation with quality work in everything he does. Communication from the whole department is top notch. They were even able to hook me up with a rental while my truck was down. I am a customer for life! Thanks Mike White Ford. You continuous improvement culture is something you can be proud of.

Terrible communication
Was in to have my car checked and was supposed to be done and called by Monday at noon. I called to find out an update several times and finally had to go in. They then had my car done and it was ready to go. Would have been nice to know.

My car died
So I was having a really really really bad day… And then my car died in 80° heat in the middle of Coeur d’Alene.
A tow truck driver rescued me and took my car to the Ford garage… Where it’s sat for two days and got fixed.

My car now has a new alternator and it runs.

Life is much better now.

I'm confused
I've had a leak under my truck and in my driveway for 6 weeks.
I drive to your service center and attempt to show someone the leak but they are too busy and proceed to tell me to make an appointment for service.
I call and make a appointment for a oil change and service and asked what's wrong. I explain what I think it is. A leak in the collant Reservoir. They scheduled me for an appointment on Saturday I bring the truck in and come to find out it is a water pump and they proceeded to tell me they don't have enough time to fix it and I have to make another appointment and now I can't get that in for 2 weeks. Why is it that I have to wait 5-6 weeks now to get something fixed when I've been in there twice already
