Overall great staff
I've been bringing all our Hyundais here for service since moving to the area in 2012. I might not come back just for an oil change as it takes longer than other places and isn't that convenient for me, but I have been very pleased with the work I've had done and the staff is the best.

 I understand completely about the time constraint. We do a lot during an oil change, and check a lot over. Sometimes maybe to much. Please let me know in the future if there is anything that I can do to speed the process up, and value your time more consistently.

Got what I expected

Seems disorganized, not as was in the past. Difficult to talk to anyone on the phone. VERY dissapointed in the condition my vehicle was left in after repair.
