Chris is always helpful and very nice. I would have liked it better if the part that had to be ordered had come in more promptly but that's not your fault!

  I wanted to reach out to you and appologize personally. This weighs on my shoulders due to not having enough coverage that day, as well as us being short on staff at the time. We are currently trying to correct this, and will have this repaired by the next time you return. Chris spoke with me about it, and this was totally my fault, and I am working to get another service technician due to some longer wait times. Thank you for the feedback and happy new year. We look forward to seeing you return, and will have this fixed so it is more of a positive experience the next time you return.

Our cruise control stopped working during a recent drive to visit our daughter & her family 2 hours away. I took our Hyundai to Parkway. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the needed part and installed it within48 hours.

Great customer service
Chris was great. He did a very thorough job. It took an extra day to complete the service, but Chris kept us informed and even brought the car out to our house because of the delay. We appreciated the special treatment. The car is running great.
