Service before the storm
Happy to have been able to get my car in and back out before Hurricane Florence hit Wilmington. Having my car fixed and back gave me one less thing to worry about during the storm...thank you!

Equus service
Chris is the Best. Transmission replaced under warranty. After a few years of dodd noises, it finally gave out. Chris made the swap easy.

Skipper Hyundai service visit
I would like to give kudos to Chris for his excellent customer service. He was very helpful and appears to be the kind of person that goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are taken care of. His effort and the fact that Hyundai covered the broken trunk latch under warranty is the reason I will continue to do business with Hyundai.

Fast, knowledgeable, courteous service.
My husband and I just recently moved to NC. I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Elantra in Florida before moving. When the time came to have it serviced I began trying to locate a Hyundai dealership in the area that would honor the maintenance contract that I purchased with my car. Parkway Hyundai took the time to call and verify my contract and then serviced my car . We were very happy with the staff at Parkway, they were courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Even though we have to drive a distance to get to Parkway, we will take the car back to them, for further servicing .

It was clean and my car was taken right back for service
Hey Jennie , my family has had about 6 Hyundais Sonata hybrids on down, and this is my first one , my Hyundai Tucson SE has about 3,300 miles on it and we had it about 9 months, we are both retired so not driven much , but last Saturday when it was 97 % the AC quit the compressor was popping on and off about every 5 seconds, that was fun , couldn't believe it but when I took it in to get it fix , the nice service rep said Hyundai had a recall on the ACs that there was a defect on the ACs , and what I saw on the internet almost passed out, and the young tech fix it but when he was down by the light switch we keep it on auto like everyone does he bump it and it was in the middle of off and auto and that night the wife had no headlights so that was a little challenge to we figured that one out , but accidents do happen no problem as long as the AC is fixed

Love Parkway Hyundai Service Center
As always, my recent visit to the Service Center (for routine maintenance of my Hyundai Sonata) was about as close to perfect as this sort of thing gets. On time, courteous, friendly and efficient with no unexpected “findings” or expenses. I’m 81 years old and have lived in 13 cities in six states with cars of different makes having been serviced, no other dealership even comes close to the quality of service that Parkway has.
