Always a good experience
I always use Chris Deen as my service guy and he is extremely helpful He serves with a smile, explains everything in detail and tries to get me the best prices possible on all my repairs.

Needed headlights adjusted to be unable to see at night, low beams to low , high beams in the trees.
Chris understood my needs and said he would take care of it.several hours later Chris called and said car was ready , and my wife picked it that night, and was happy with the results, able to see the road clearly on the way home.

I Brought a 2012 santa fe in for a check engine light. They were back logged with appointments.Chris the service manager was able to get me in to check it out. They found the transmission temperature sensor was defective. They had the oem part in stock and fixed the problem. Chris also recomended preventive maintenance services that will extend my warranty. i needed the truck fixed asap since I didn’t want to drive it and risk any damage. I would recommend they hire more help so appointments are more timely.

Great Service! I just love it here!
I had to drop my vehicle off for a recall on something to do with the computer in my car, and within one hour everything was ready to go, and they even topped off my gas for me! I just love Parkway Hyundai of Wilmington!

We had a problem with the front seat movement. Chris was able to do a temporary fix while the necessary parts were obtained. We scheduled the final fix easily and the work was done promptly. The service staff is very easy to work with and service has never been an issue.

Prompt, courteous service
We take our Hyundai Sonata to Parkway of Wilmington for routine service and for our NC State inspection. On January 10th of this year, I needed to renew my license tag, but before I could do so, our Sonata needed to be inspected. I called my service writer, Chris Deen, at Parkway. He said to come in right after lunch and he would see that my car was inspected. I did and it was! I was in and out of the service department in 35 minutes.

Parkway of Wilmington always takes good car of us!
