Parkway Hyundai is #1
What makes Parkway Hyundai so great is the Management and the Employees. I don't see the employees in the service area, but I depend on Chris Deen to make sure our car is serviced properly. We bought our 2008 Santa Fe Limited from an out of town car dealer about 7 years ago and we decided to get all of the service work done at Parkway Hyundai. Chris is the person I have always dealt with on everything from regular service, brake work, tires, etc and we have always been very satisfied. I always tell my friends that are looking for a car to see what Parkway Hyundai has to offer.

Great Service - Not so great price
Chris Deen, my service rep was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I love my Hyundai! I do find the cost of repairs is higher than I expected compared to all my prior experiences with Honda.

The friendly customer service.
Have enjoyed our Hyundai since day 1 !!! First NEW car we have ever purchased and we did GOOD !! Always treated well, always professional, answers any and all questions. Intend to drive our Hyundai for awhile but if we ever decide to purchase another car it will absolutely be a Hyundai !!!!

I have dealt with 4 different car dealers in town and Parkway gets top marks. Professional, friendly easy to deal with.
My only bone to pick is that you (Hyundai) will not play ball and award them the Genesis dealership. They sold a lot of Genesis vehicles and you are really missing the boat on this opportunity.

Service department is courteous and responsive upon arrival.
The service department takes my car within minutes after my arrival. Never have to wait very long for service being completed.

We took our Hyundai Sonata (which we purchased at another dealership) to Parkway Hyundai for service. We were hearing a noise when we turned right from a stop. Turns out the front axels needed to be replaced to be replaced. It was covered under Hyundai's warranty. and Parkway took care of it for us. While our car was there we had the 4 wheel alignment done and our car runs like new!
