Dual clutch technology
When I first bought the car I had a hesitation in acceleration at times after a complete stop. Pulling out in traffic at times was a dangerous situation. I called Hyundai and was told by the customer service rep that it was most likely just a slight wait for the Turbo to kick in!!!!!!! Two years later in was informed that there was a class action suit against Hyundai due to the dual clutch technology. I called and was tole there was a software update. I took the car in and the tech found an hesitation and applied the software update. I left and it felt better. But since that time the weather has turned colder and the hesitation is back to what it was if not worse. What do I do?

Thank you for letting us know! Software updates are often precursors to bigger problems. Many times, if they are performed, the car should function better than before. However, in a few cases, it can reveal a bigger problem within the engine. It sounds like there's a chance you are the second option.
If that is the case, your best bet is to return and allow our techs to take another look at the vehicle and ensure that your car is in the best condition possible! 
Our service department would be happy to set you an appointment time to return your vehicle so we can check on your car again. Feel free to call us or to bring the car in at any time. We'll do what we can to make sure your car functions properly from this point on.

Wow
Scheduled a basic maintenance and took my vehicle to the dealership the night before and early am appt. by 7am they were texting me with updates and by 8am it was done !
Do appreciated the care I received and the updates they provided

Quick and Easy
Murdock got me in and out for my emission inspection. Waiting in their client room with complimentary popcorn and sodas almost makes you wish they'd take their time with the car while I enjoy a nice break. Always pleasant, fair, and caring for their clients.

Service Writer Cael was awesome, everything else is was poor.
The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because it effects Cael, the only person who did what was asked.

Cael my Service Writer was awesome. The person who cleaned my car went through my center console pulling out my cell phone cable to charge or listen to their phone. I never leave my cable out when using it and it was left strung out. Greasy feet on the door jam of my car. I've asked the last 4 or 5 times for this to not happen and it still happens. Murdoch has offered to detail my car, I don't want it detailed I want the greasy foot to stay off my door jam.

I will take any paid maintenance on my car to Ken Garf, pretty much done with Murdoch. If Blake Murdoch received his car like I received mine he wold be very upset.

Great explanation of recommended work
I was really impressed with my last visit to Murdock Hyundai Lindon. I brought my 2011 Sonata hybrid in for the factory scheduled 105K service. (Car is still running great!) They inspected everything and then sent me a text with a link for me to review a detailed explanation of recommended work at 105K for this model. Wow! It was so easy to review everything so I could understand the recommended work and see the price for each item. I took my time reviewing each item, and then there was a check box for me to select the items I approved.

I have always appreciated the patience of the service advisors at Murdock Hyundai explaining recommended work, but this makes it easier than ever! Thanks!
