Whenever you go into Murdock Hyundai you feel like you’re dealing with people who really care about you and I willing to do anything to make sure you have a great experience.
If I have one complaint it’s that sometimes things take a little longer that I would like them too. ALl You know you can’t do better than Murdock Hyundai

Slow service
They’re friendly, but the service was very slow. I don’t know if it was the day or not, but it was very slow. The text message was sent to me, but when I texted back, know one ever responded back.

First maintenance visit
Kind of a let down...all though the services were performed well...the car wash was bad..exterior was still dirty in places and windows not cleaned and no vacuuming.

Always Most Excellent
I do not remember who my service man was but he was excellent and as always they come to you on every issue and discuss it with you there is no pushing or super sales type of behavior. They fix what is broken and that is all and they always wash your car afterwards it’s a great car dealership
