Engine replacement
At around 75000 miles, the engine in my 2014 Santa Fe required replacement, due to a cylinder failing. The service technician at the dealership was very courteous and professional in assisting me and keeping me up-to-date with what was going on, and also accommodating with my need for a loaner vehicle that I needed for work. Thankfully, as I had the mind to purchase the extended warranty, the engine cost me nothing.

Now, I have a practically brand new Santa Fe, thanks to Eckert Hyundai and their team of specialized service technicians.

I needed an oil change for my 2013 Santa Fe 2.0. They scheduled my appointment for the time I requested and got in in and out in 20 minutes flat!

Eckert Hyundai
We have a 2017 Santa Fe, which developed an acceleration problem. The dealership made some repairs, but weren't happy with the outcome. They consulted Hyundai, and then made additional extensive repairs, all at Hyundai's expense. The vehicle was returned to us in absolutely perfect repair. The dealership went out of their way to minimize the time needed, provide us with a loaner, etc. We simply received five star service, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We have purchased two vehicles from this dealership, and will definitely return to them as we reach the time for another vehicle.

Eckert Hyundai's service department is unmatched. Always a good experience. Quick, courteous service is their standard. I drive out of the way past MANY service stations when driving to Eckert but it's always worth the extra distance.

All around best Hyundai Dealership
It’s a little drive for me. There is a dealership downtown where I live (about 7 minutes) but we were treated poorly during the initial search for a Hyundai...Eckert was so great in the purchasing phase and the service dept. has always been kind and quick to get me in and out even if I have called last minute so I make the 25 minute drive. If they can make me a good deal and I am wanting another Hyundai I will definitely go there.

Fast freindly service.
As with all car Dealers the prices on some things are high, but you can not beat some of the other prices that they have. I come into Eckert Hyundai about every 4 to 5 weeks for an oil change, some of the service techs know me as soon as I get out of my car and they greet me by name. The time it takes for an oil change is equivalent to fast oil change places, but they do not do everything that the dealer does.

Only place I get my vehicle serviced
