Oil change
Purchased a 2020 Palisade and an prepaid oil change every 3750 miles. I have had two oil changes and I noticed that they add 4000 miles to the sticker telling when to change the oil next. I called and talk to Billy Pope, he explained that some tech's just round up the miles for easier math. I asked why they don't use a calculator and get the mileage right, he said nothing. I thought he might offer to get it right in the future but he didn't. I find this very poor customer service.

Ekert Hyundai has never let me down
I live a good 35+ miles away one way from this dealer and there is one less than five minutes from me in Fort Worth. For things that have to do with a recall or mileage check, I don't mind driving to Denton. If I happen to be close and I am due for an oil change, I would still go to Eckert for this service. They have always explained their service to me, options to wait, and what really needs to be take care of ASAP.

Great Job and Super Fast!
Came in for my normal oil change for both of our cars. Super fast! 9am appointment on a Saturday and I was there maybe 30 mins at most. Great job again everyone...keep it up!
