Happy with the service not happy with the brand
Over all the service was adequate but not a WOW experience. My real dissatisfaction lies with the Hyundai Brand and quality of the vehicle. I don’t want to create a false review that leads people to think that I’m satisfied with the Hyundai brand when I’m extremely dissatisfied.

Best dealership around!!
Always well taken care of! This last time i was just a walk in for a recall and with no appointment, they got me right in! LOVE this dealership!!!! Always so welcoming and my kids love the little play room too! It makes the wait much easier with happy kids (they didn’t want to leave)! Thank you for being so awesome! Brete was wonderful and a good asset to your company.

Bret’s the best
I immediately was welcomed by Bret who remembers me and is fabulous. I always feel taken care of when she is there. Service is great. The one thing I have a hard time with is how long it always takes. Bret did warn me it would be awhile so I was aware.

It's great because the people are great. I am always treated with respect. They really listen to my concerns.
I love working with the people at Murdock Hyundai of Lindon. They are very supportive, communicate what will be done in a way that i can understand. I know that I am going to be given the best service and a friendly reception. Who wouldn't want to keep going back to Murdock when you are always treated as an odl friend?

Service after the sale
One reason I buy a car is for the reliability of the make and model. I also consider what type of service after the sale I would be getting. We purchased our car new two years ago and got the lifetime oil changes. Each time we have gone in to have this service done, it has been a good experience. I am usually greeted quickly and they always check with me on suggested services. I recommend making an appointment on-line. The waiting room is getting better with the added family area. I can say that we have gotten good service after the sale from Murdock in Lindon.

Doing your job!
Big shout out to CADEN & BRETE for doing YOUR JOB & taking care of us! We have had terrible timing w/ car issues (I’m talking A DAY BEFORE we’re having a baby) but we were so appreciative of them COMMUNICATING & keeping us informed on the status of our cars. Brete was awesome in helping us with updates on car parts & understood our sense of urgency in needing our car back. And Caden went above & beyond in making it right for us-*quick back story-we asked Caden before they took our car back if they check brake lights, etc. (we felt like one light may have been out) Caden assured us the techs ALWAYS do a full inspection, bla bla bla. We get the car back, and our car sure enough had TWO brake lights out. Super embarrassing for the techs by the way....so we went back to Caden and he made it right by immediately taking the car back & had the lights replaced at no cost to us because they failed to do their “full inspection.” CADEN & BRETE’S SUPERIORS—acknowledge that you have some freaking awesome employees and tell them thank you & that you appreciate them, because they took care of us-a young couple with little kiddos that could have been super irritated w/ things but they handled every unlucky car event we encountered w/ professionalism & genuine care.
