Best service ever
Each time I go to Murdock Hyundai I come away feeling like a valued customer. They are quick and efficient as they service my car. They have a great waiting area with a variety of drinks. The staff is courteous. They listen to me and resolve any concerns I have. I would tell anyone to go to Murdock Hyundai.

Amazing environment
I can’t believe how helpful the sales team was when we had a problem with the service department. Jake stepped in to make sure everything was amazing. Once everything got figured out as far as the service my car looks amazing and the service was amazing!

The service department.
We purchased our 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe in November 2018 at Ken Garff, in Salt Lake. We decided to try Murdock for our first oil change and we were very pleased with the service. Brete was a major part of the satisfaction we felt. She made us feel very welcome and confident that our car was in the best hands. She explained the work that had been done (we had a recall notice that was handled at this time as well) and was willing to answer any questions we had. We will come back to Murdock, because of Brete, for our future car needs.

Brette took great care of us and got the transmission replaced on our 2013 Genesis in a timely way at no charge because it was under warranty. Thank you very much! great service.

Great Service Advisor
My visit to Murdock Hyundai was great. Took a little longer than expected, but I'm sure they were just busy that morning. My Service Advisor Brete was awesome, noticed a warning light that was on before I even mentioned it. I knew I needed tires and mentioned that I had a friend that had a tire shop so wouldn't get them at Hyundai. She was great and didn't try to pressure me into purchasing, but did mention the current sale they had going, which was fine. I've came once before and felt like every 5 minutes someone was coming in to tell me about something else I could do to my car that was unnecessary for me. Anyway loved my Service Advisor this visit!
