I brought my Elantra in for and Oil change and Tire rotation. I also needed a tail light bulb replaced. Alexis took excellent care of me. She updated me on the status and I had my car back in under an hour. I always bring my car to Wesley Chapel Hyundai for servicing and have never been disappointed.

Wesley Chapel Hyundai provided exellant warranty service on a minor problem without an appointment along with transportation to and from our home to retrieve our vehicle. Great service.

Outstanding service on every occasion
I went in to have a speaker replaced and the time service personnel were wonderful. The time it took was perfect for me and my busy schedule so I thank Lexie and everyone else at Hyundai of Wesley chapel for helping me.

Customers for years - they're the best
I have a Hyundai Sonata 2012, bought at a dealership closer to home in 2011 and serviced there a few times. I began taking it to Wesley Chapel when I worked in the area. I no longer work there but when my car needs dealership service, I go miles out of my way to take it here. They are the greatest at customer service (shout-out to Alexis Campisi but we've never been disappointed in any staff), straight-forward, and even fixed a couple issues for free. At "the other" dealership, we made appointments to have, for instance, a recall item replace, only to learn - after they had the car all day - that they did not have the replacement part in stock.

The friendliness of the service staff(not all, but most of the ones we’ve dealt with, except James, he’s awesome) has gone way down hill. I purchased a brand new, expensive vehicle that I had been calling since November to try and get in for an oil change. No one was willing to help me get it in or offer for me to drop it off and come get it later or another day. They basically said sorry about your luck, we’re short staffed. I get it, I work in a hospital as a Covid nurse. I understand being short staffed, but the rudeness has to stop. Our service advisor “Lexie” was very cold and unapproachable. She treated my husband and I like idiots for asking simple questions, then argued with us any time we said anything. Not a good experience. Do better, Hyundai.

If you can get an appointment your experience is very good.
The actual experience bring your car in is very good. The problem getting an appointment is ridiculous.
