Check in process was great and the young lady at counter was very helpful.
Hyundai needs to do a better job at getting people in for service appointments times are always a week or 2 out to get your car in..

No accountability with service
The brand open till this car has been a great value and a pleasurable drive. I don’t know if my 2018 Sonata has real problems or if the problems stem from the service teams incompetence. I’ve had to replace two starters in less than three months. My last interaction with this dealership I opted to replace my belts, all my brakes, and my filters costing me close to $1000. Normally that is money well spent to keep your car going however in this instance I left the dealership after picking up my car and had to turn around within a mile and a half from the dealership. Warning lights came on telling me that there’s something wrong with my ABS brakes that I just spent a lot of money to replace. After diagnostics it was a sensor and the dealership wanted me to pay $250 to replace the sensor. Yes right after I got my car back from them changing the brakes. The explanation to me that one didn’t have anything to do with the other aunt their response after asking for the service manager was that I could get 10% off of the cost to replace a sensor. The best part is they let me leave after explaining how dangerous it is to not have that sensor and I still haven’t had the service manager contact me. This issue aligned with the first starter issue specifically at this dealership has calls me not to look at Hyundai again. Seriously thinking of selling my car right now

Great experience
I am a loyal Hyundai owner and my experience at Hyundai of Wesley Chapel was nothing short of exceptional.
The staff was professional and courteous and our salesman, Mega Assad, was very helpful in finalizing our deal.
He was with us every step of the way and we were very pleased with his attentiveness

Great Experience!
Overall, I have had great experiences with Hyundai of Wesley Chapel. Personnel is always courteous and informative, and my most recent service appointment was much quicker than it has been in the past, so hopefully that's an indication that they're working on their servicing times.

I also want to take a moment to say that I really appreciate a company that embraces employee individuality. I loved seeing Lexi's fun hair and thought that it'd be nice if other companies would follow suit and allow employees to display their individuality. Of course Lexi was also fantastic as our representative as well, so kudos all around!

Great experience with everything from purchasing a vehicle and the service department.
Great experience with the whole process from looking at vehicles, making a purchase, and bringing the car in to have the windows tinted. Exceptional dealership facility.
