Starting the conversation with Ryan Ruiz on the phone and then making the purchase with August has been nothing but a great experience. It was free of stress and I did not feel pressured into buying wat I did not want. They followed my lead in choosing wat I wanted. August provided different options for me to make a better decision and that was helpful.

Temecula Hyundai is the only place I will buy a car, it is always the best experience.
This is my 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Temecula Hyundai and the only place I’ve gotten the service done on my vehicles and I would never go anywhere else. The whole car buying experience with August and Richard was incredible and I am loving my new plug-in hybrid Santa Fe. I received a great offer on my trade in and I couldn’t be happier.

Purchasing my new 2023 Kona N-Line
My experience started with my sales rep (August). He is absolutely Wonderful.. He quickly made me feel at home. He had my Kona out front and ready for me when I arrived (after texting him I was on my way). He went over all the features, so that I would easily understand them. He also Never once tried to push a sale, complete transparency between the both of us.. I would HIGHLY recommend seeing August for your next inquiry or purchase..!! Great Service
The workers are great, everyone greeted me when arrived. Service was very professional, employees were helpful. Love the vehicle, they went into detail of explaining how to use the vehicle especially since I got it for my mom so she isn’t very tech savvy. The process was quick and easy. My wife and I were grocery shopping and decided to stop at the Temecula Hyundai dealership. We had no intentions of purchasing but had been thinking about the possibility of a hybrid vehicle. The second we got on to the Hyundai lot, we were greeted by August. August was personable, courteous and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Once we saw a hybrid vehicle and test drove it, we were hooked. However, since we had no interest in purchasing that day, we decided to ask all of our questions and leave to contemplate if we would purchase in the near future. I have to tell you, I’ve been to several dealerships and have met many employees throughout the years of owning vehicles, but the customer service I received at the Temecula Hyundai dealership was first class. My wife and I couldn’t believe how nice everyone was there. We never once felt any pressure to buy. August was someone I felt had my best interest from the start, and stayed consistent from start to finish. Financing was a breeze and Pedro the finance manager was very helpful in making sure I got the best deal. I’ve never purchased a vehicle in Temecula based on my previous experiences at other dealerships...but that is not the case anymore. I will recommend everyone I know to go see August, Pedro and the Temecula Hyundai team...you won’t be sorry!

Don't bother going anywhere else. Temecula Hyundai has the BEST customer service. From the minute you arrive you're greeted friendly and throughout the whole experience you're treated with respect. Everyone is professional and genuine. We have been driving Hyundai cars over 15 years. And now just bought our new 2021 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid. This car is Amazing!! So user friendly, safe and all the "bells and whistles" Its a pleasure to drive such a cool car!! Have to thank Carlos Velasco in the service department. He always gives us excellent personalized customer care! And a thank you to August Boessler for being so patient and informative with selling me the new car!! It can be stressful buying a car but not here at Temecula Hyundai. Great experience!!
