Friendly but did not fix original issue
I took my f150 in for some front end noise. I spent almost $2900 to replace front hubs due to worn wheel bearings and to turn rear rotors and replace pads. I got in the truck and the noise is still there. I have to return next week to see what was missed. I’m afraid I will have to spend a bunch of money to fix the noise and the timing is bad for me. I’m not saying I think the wheel bearings weren’t worn. Just didn’t fix the issue. We will see if it gets resolved next week.

Good service, but extra fee we were not told about.
We were not told about the "Invoice Payment Processing Fee" at any time, so we were surprized to see it on the invoice. We are guessing it is for credit card processing, and if we were told about it, we would have paid by an alternate means and saved the $55.09.

Awesome Professional Service Repair
I'm not from San Diego and don't know of a good mechanic shop. I went to another shop before coming to West Automotive and they told me that they couldn't help me with the issue my vehicle had and that I had to take it to the dealership. Very glad I called West automotive and talked to Joseph who told me that they could help me and they definitely did. diagnostic was done, called me with their findings and repair cost. I agreed and repairs were done and completed the next day by noon time. This place provides fast, accurate resolution and professional service. Will definitely come here if I ever need any type of mechanic work done to my vehicles. Thank you Joseph and your West Automotive Mechanics.
