Been holding off on reviewing until my truck was all good.
These guys were extremely helpful. I bought an old truck, and brought it here with concerns about the transfer case. They gave me the full inspection (worth the $$) and told me that that is probably a very low priority right now. They understood that I just payed for the truck out of pocket, and kept budget in mind when making recommendations on repairs needed. They helped me prioritize what should be done first, and the order in which to proceed with further repairs. It was expensive, I won't lie. But knowing that there's now a 2yr warranty on the parts that were replaced make it worthwhile. I've already recommended this shop to my friends, and I'll likely continue to bring my truck and other car here for further repairs. I'm beyond thankful for the whole team here.

Amazing team
I enjoyed being there, it was hassle free and was completely recognized/validated when I spoke about my concerns. They took everything I said and checked all I wanted them to check. I appreciate their help with a ride to and from my house. I will be coming back for any of my car maintenance needs. Thank you guys

Expensive Experience
I an very disappointed with their efforts, It seems like we got a rookie and we paid for his training. The car was in the shop for 3 days and always with another issue that needed to be solved. Total cost was $5223. I felt they could have identified the problem sooner and at less cost. A very expensive check engine light.

Amazing Customer Service
West El Cajon really helped me out! I had a major repair done at another shop in NorCal while away on business. That repair and part completely failed, leaving me in a bad spot. West Automotive worked with me and the other shop to get the repair done. Despite delays caused by the other shop West Automotive was patient and understanding. I worked with Ken at the front desk and he was extremely helpful, consistently keeping me updated on progress. I can't say enough good things.

Great Service as Expected
I needed The BG fuel induction service and ATF exchange performed on our 2021 Mazda6 GT. Got in at my requested appointment time. Vehicle was ready for pick up at the expected time. At 30,000+ miles, I noticed, as expected, an increase in performance from the BG service on the freeway immediately. Thank you!

1999 Ford Ranger Check and Repair Services
24 Nov 2024 Ken was quite professional when assisting me with the services and repairs needed on my truck.
He kept in contact with me via the phone and reviewed the items I had covered with him before his tech moved forward with the work. He also called when items were found that were not covered. Without pressure, he gave me the opportunity to think about the new suggested repair items and costs before commencing with the work.
